Have you been starting a new project? First I would say you need to look at the symbol of your Dad’s ex-girlfriend.. how would you describe her? Does that seem to fit in with how you are feeling about something in your life right now? For example if you said she was into sports.. what sport are you involved with? Or if you said she was always messy… what is going on in life that feels messy to you—cause this is the first key to what the dream is about. Baby birds symbolize something new being born in your life—can be a new opportunity, project, goal, etc. They turn into cats—something really unexpected happens. The part about the mother can be your more gentle, nurturing, protective feelings towards the issue. The part with the dog is your ability to take action and it seems you did that well. The ending part I’m not sure if it belongs with the dream or not but if it does, it can suggests this all had something to do with those friends.

@j0ey Well, the last dream I had was about bringing my girlfriends closer to me. This is their first relationship, so they’re kind of confused. And I’ve been very depressed & pissed off lately.

@Shiningkat Well, his ex always tried to be my mother. She always wanted me to be all preppy & stuff. I can’t remember much about her bu she_was_ very messy. There were piles of laundry in the basement.

After reading what everbody had to say, and reassessing the question, I came to the conclusion that @Draconess25 your subconsciencous is telling you to get very real with yourself first then some deep questions will come to light for you about those you encountered in your past that meant something to and about those that really bugged you. But for that you need to get in regular meditation whilst referring to this dream. The answers will some sooner than you may anticipate. Good luck and calm dreaming ;-)
