Is it possible to turn off the mouse scrolling in Age of Empires 3?

I’m playing Age of Empires 3 again after not having played it for the longest time.

I’m pretty sure there used to be an option to turn of the camera movement when you move your mouse to the edge of the screen, but I can’t seem to find it anywhere in the settings.

Am I imagining this, or is it actually possible to turn off mouse scrolling?

I found a PDF version of the game’s manual – maybe you can find it there! :)

Sorry that’s all I can do to help… I only plaed AoE 2 and I haven’t even played that for quite some time.
