What are these marks on this box jellyfish survivor's legs?

Okay, so, I was reading this article, and she survived an encounter with the “killer” box jellyfish, which apparently is amazing. The only thing I want to know is this – what are the marks on her legs? Aren’t box jellyfish very small? Would the lines be her veins/muscle sinews? Or are they, in fact, lines from the tentacles?
