We have some gorgeous May showers happening and, right now, a wonderful thunderstorm. What do you like to do when it's storming?

It’s coolish here in Lakeport, Michigan. The skies are a blue/black and the wind is blowing. Raindrops are pelting against the window. We have candles lit and the windows are open a crack. You can hear the waves crashing from St. Clair River across this narrow country road. My beautiful girl is gone to pick up some spicy veg/tofu and egg drop soup. I’m busting out the wine and am setting the table. Nina Simone is playing. After dinner, we’re going to do some serious snuggling under her duvet.

I love the rain.
