No, don’t feel guilty. I think that in your dream you were interrupted because you wouldn’t want to cheat on him in real life. I’ve had a similar dream and no guilt whatsoever.

No one should be held responsible – or hold themselves responsible – for things that take place in a person’s subconscious.

No, I have the good fortune to not remember most of my dreams.

I believe our dreams and even our thoughts are not crimes or sins.
When we choose to do wrong to others, we have to apologize and where possible make amends.
We get into way more trouble when we don’t think!

I hate to say I have had multiple dreams where I have cheated on the my boyfriend. One of the worst parts of the dreams are they are always people I know. In the dream I always feel guilty as I am cheating on him, and when I wake up I almost feel like crying. I have no idea why I have these dreams, I love my SO dearly and would never hurt him. I just remind myself it is a dream and that I love him and would never do anything in real life.

I have dream cheated on my SO before and I woke up loving my man even more. I was relieved that it was just a dream and I remember that I didn’t enjoy cheating on him in my dream either. I don’t dwell on things like that especially as I didn’t find any pleasure in the dream anyway. It just made me realise that I couldn’t cheat on him in real life. Don’t feel bad about your dream, like your SO said, you have no control over it. My SO and I are constantly laughing about our dreams he seems to have a lot of threesome dreams or dreams of me getting it on with a hot girl!!!

@evandad Funny you should say that… I onced dreamt that a toddler slipped out of my hand and fell of a roof. I watched almost to the end before I woke… I was very shaken and scared shit!
