Is there a Bing toolbar for chrome?

I know how to set it as a search engine and even my default, but I’m looking for the toolbar. Is there a “bing bar” for chrome?

I don’t believe there’s any official way to do so. It’s google, after all. And why would you want to use Bing without the pleasure of going to the homepage? In my opinion, the best thing about it is the design and homepage.
