What does a Fluther moderators/staff screen look like when they log in? How is it different from a normal user?
A picture or description would be nice… I am just wondering….what access to super-user abilites does staff have?

Ahh, none, really. When I log in, my screen looks pretty much the same as it did before I was a moderator. My inbox, however, is completely different. I probably get several hundred e-mails a day.
Mine has a live cam of Andrew’s cat Basil watching me. But other than that and a button to hide quips it looks the same.
@Dog: So it’s Basil that actually runs the place, eh? We’ve been bamboozled.
@poofandmook Basil is watching over us. Andrew has our pets and if we mess up he sics Basil on them.
Under “Activity for You” we have a line that says “Moderation view (1 pending)”. If we follow that link, we can see flags for the day or questions pending approval post-editing. We have a few extra links here and there—a link for pushing questions to editing that basically works just like the flag link works for you guys (and us—I flag things all the time), a link for removing quips, that kind of thing. All of the mod tools are very well integrated and do not disrupt the flow of the site for us. The biggest difference (in my opinion) is that we see removed quips.
I’m so boring, I know.
It’s actually just a rather plain page with 3 buttons.

It’s been working out pretty well so far. I trust the power of the RNG.
@EmpressPixie pretty well summed it up. The coolest part (which you get over pretty quickly) is being able to see removed answers. Gives a whole new meaning to the CIA thread!
