Do you have a "standard" laugh or has anyone pointed out that your laugh is unusual or irritating?

We all laugh differently but there are those with highly unusual laughs. Horsey laughs, bellowing laughs, what about you. Fairly ordinary run of the mill laugh or out there crazy bizzare laugh?

I’ve been told I cackle by some and that I sound like a hyena by others on several occasions.
c’est la vie!
Different laughs for different occasions.
My favorite is the “I’m about to beat your ass laugh” heh heh heh….;)
@lucillelucillelucille Sounds similar to the witch’s cackle, although I may be losing something in translation.Would that be beating my ass with a frying pan or grinding ones nose in the dirt?
I was once told by a friend of mine that my laugh was “innocent”. That was back when I was 14. I have no idea what he meant by that. :P
Other than that, I’ve never had anyone make fun of it and when this guy in my Latin class was doing impressions of people’s laughs, he said he didn’t know what to do to make fun of mine when I asked him to. So I’m fairly certain that it’s a pretty normal standard laugh.
@DominicX ~ (in Napoleon’s sexy voice) lucky!
I sound like an old witch who gave a blowjob to a chainsaw.
@ucme-Different laughs for different beatings! Now,if you throw a pie in someone’s face that is a guffaw.
I think I sound like a drunken barhound. I Love the southern belles who make No sound when they laugh. I wish I could laugh like that. Maybe I spent too much time AS a drunken barhound.
I’ve had guests ask me for an aspirin on days I’ve been laughing too much.
I have an evil snigger when I’m plotting something. I roar at times, generally when something is really funny to me. My hope is that someday I’ll find another person who is amused at the same things.
My dear friend from high school used to refer to my laughs as “haemorrhaging”.
i laugh very loudly and suddenly. sometimes im embarrassed by it but i can’t really help it. and every once in a while i snort.
I have been told my laugh is infectious, but I work in HIV so I am not sure how to take it.
My laugh is also sometimes described as a cackle.
Whatever it is, it’s always ridiculously loud.
….Nobody has ever made any comment about my laugh one way or the other. Is that bad?
I always envy those with big booming or cackling laughs. Mine is completely silent! The only way to tell I’m laughing is my face going bright red, a big grin and my shoulders shaking up and down. Whoever heard of silent laughter? It’s so unfair!
