I don’t see it as an issue really…maybe some blowing off a little steam but if anything I see more people just asking for it. Much to do about nothing IMO!

There are others that act like a pack of rabid dogs. The attacks on Sophief blew my mind. She’s really one of the kindest gentlest souls if you get to know her. I’ll probably take all kinds of shit for that, but I stand by her.

@Adirondackwannabe yeah, agreed…she has some issues and everyone knows that…but, hey, i’ve issues also…everyone does! And, you are right..she is a gentle soul! Of course, we have known her longer than the guys and girls on Fluther. Back to the AB days!

I enjoy spirited discourse. I used to have some great go arounds with JustJustine. We just never went into personal attacks. The bitchiness on here sometimes is unbelievable.

Maybe they don’t think they’re being petty? Maybe they have a reason for why they’re acting this way? Threads like this don’t help either. Telling people to “quit being _____” is just adding fuel to the fire. Just ignore it.

Resistance is futile. They have been assimilated.

I think some of it has to do with the more relaxed guidelines in the social section. People can finally release pent-up frustration and anger that would have been moderated in the past.
