how can I sync my treo 650 to google calendar (I use a Mac)?

I'm using the Palm Desktop software now but would like to switch my 7 person office to google (or yahoo) calendar so everyone can see everyone else's calendar at once. but i can't do it if I can't sync.

There's this site: http://www.goosync.com/ (i haven't used it myself). I have gotten my treo to sync with ical, so I'm assuming you can sync with google cal.

spanning sync is in beta right now, but promises bi-directional sync between google calendar and ical. then you can sync your palm with ical, et voila.
