When you are stressed or feeling the pressure, how does your body react?
For example when I am feeling stressed or worried/anxious about something the first thing that tends to happen is that I constantly need the toilet sorry if that is too much information, then I tend to feel very tired and in desperate need of sleep. If the stress lasts more than a few days the physical signs start to show. Stress brings out coldsores, mouth ulcers and headaches.
