Whats with my Border Collie?

Wife and i went out for the night and returned home around 1030 pm. my wife shouted for me to come to one of our bathrooms. she said, “you are not going to believe this”!! our border collie was totally soaked from head to toe. he had turned on the cold water and turned the shower handle over and was taking a shower! you had to see it to believe it. we knew he was intelligent, but this was beyond comprehension. what was with our border collie? was he hot or was he just bored? i ignored having playtime earlier in the day. was this payback? the AC was working and the house was cool. what was with my dog? why did he do this? Question: do you have a dog that commits intelligent acts that just blows your mind? if so, please tell us about it.
