When are you going to tell us? Who’s right?
31 and very well taken care of
Okay Okay, Tell… Tell.. Please tell :)
Uh-oh—something tells me this question wasn’t what it seemed to be. The user is gone.
@Jeruba Most likely someone who doesn’t want to send a real picture of themselves to a stranger on the internet. The possibilities are endless. I’ve seen Law & Order: SVU episodes start this way. Also… Dateline ‘To Catch A Predator’ features this activity quite heavily. Seems to be popular among the perverted crowd. :) I wonder which stranger @biscuit duped into thinking that they were a twenty-something woman with long dark hair.
-The picture is totally cropped & edited. From the hint of finger with a ring on it that has been cropped off at the bottom, to the ‘swirl & blur’ effect on the background. Clearly this person doesn’t want the stranger to find the real original photograph, which was most likely a senior yearbook picture or a wedding/prom photo. My guess is, they stole it off facebook or something.
Well this was a fun waste of time. Thanks @biscuit for coming & going without saying thanks or revealing your real age, or identity for that matter. BYE!
Ah, @rpmpseudonym, what innocents we are.
So we have just been telling the person using the screen name “biscuit” what age he or she could pass off this probably borrowed photo as: “This is me. I’m 22.” Or 17. Or a well-preserved 31.
What a wierdo. Didn’t even give out any GA’s before he/she left.
Hey guys, Biscuit here.
Well holy cow! If I would’ve known how seriously some people were going to take this, I wouldn’t have dared to post it. As this was tagged, this was merely to feed my curiosity and for some personal amusement. Frankly, I didn’t think this community was really interested in my true age, so I didn’t bother. I was satisfied with the first few responses, and I saw no other purpose to my account, so I deleted. Was redirected back to this page from a notification in my e-mail, and was flabbergasted at the new responses. For the record, NO I am not some perv with an inappropriate intent. This is a photo shot of ME at the beach, blurred for the sheer purpose to blur, and cropped to highlight my face, for I didn’t find the necessity in including my body while in a bathing suit. Though I have no need to go out of my way to prove myself, feel free to message me, and I’ll make sure to wash away any doubts.
Yikes! Don’t mean to come off as hostile, as I am anything but. Sipping on some nice vino as I type, as a matter fact :-) So please, no hard feelings.
Thank you all for the responses! Really interesting to hear the opinions of you all, as my age is commonly misjudged. Also, I e-mailed the site’s support in an effort to re-activate my original account. * crosses fingers *
Live & let live,
Biscuit.
P.S… 21. ;-)
@Biscuit2 Hey howdy hey! Welcome back. I’d apologize for my imagination inspired comment, but honestly, if I apologized for all my crack pot ideas, I’d lose my voice. Let me just say, I hope you consider staying with fluther. I think you’ll enjoy the company we keep. We really are nice folk. It’s just we (or at last I don’t, as it always results in orphans) don’t take kindly to the wham-bam-thanks-for-answering-my-one-time-question-and-now-I’m-the-hell-outta-here,-ma’am-types.
We look forward to your questions/comments & addition to the ever evolving fluther atmosphere. Have fun.
May I ask the reason for wanting to know our guesses at your age?
Ditto, apologies all around I believe.
No apology needed! Just clearing the air..
@rpmpseudonym As I said, plain curiosity. My age is commonly misjudged in the real world, so thought it’d be interesting to see how my age would be percieved by just a photo.
I’m getting the hang of this site, and will hopefully do some positive contributing soon!
