Erasing program error?

I recently have installed rainbow six:take down on my pc
but for reason it keeps giving me error while the game goes into main menu in the begging
so I decide to erase the program and now it is giving me another error that won’t let me erase it
it says something about ctor.dll and I re-downloaded this file from web and still gives me an error
anyone got an idea what to do???

This is a handy program that lets you delete programs and files that normally won’t let you erase them.
You just have to download the program and then whenever you right click on a file it will have the option to erase fully rather than be stuck.
