Has anyone heard of a diet called 'Ideal Protein'?
A nurse who also hurt her back used this diet for a short time and looks so slim and wonderful!! I want to try it for a short time to kickstart myself. But I want to know if anyone else has had success. I don’t know how to link but it can be googled.
