What are the best Economics schools for Masters or PHD programs in the U.S./World a foreigner could apply to (and get a scholarship of course)?

London School of Economics...you'd need a stellar record, of course. U Chicago. I think. (ditto for financial aid.)

Get off computer and hit those books!
LSE is not a top tier school, and hasn’t been for many decades now. U Chicago has a great reputation but of course is filled with conservative nuts. Harvard, MIT, Princeton, Berkeley, and Stanford usually round out the top 6.
