A long time ago I played an old Dos game, it was a simulation type game where you started off as a child and made lots of decisions up until adulthood, you got a job and then eventually you have your own kids if you choose to, etc. there wasn’t really any gfx mostly text, but it was really unique.
I cant think of the name of it for the life of me…
sounds familiar to anyone?

You’ll have to dig, but you might find it here or somewhere around here. You might also try googling “interactive fiction.”
Ive been googling for the past hour.. no luck its a rare game..
Im good at google too, lol
well the thing is, i dont know the name of it…lol
Actually found the game after days of searching, i just asked my brother.. he remembered.. but yet he loses his wallet everyday.
the game is Alter Ego you can get it HERE
You’ll need DOSBox also, you can grab it HERE
If you need help getting the game running, let me know.
Glad you found the game! That kind of thing can drive you crazy. And I actually have an old DOS based IBM XT clone, maybe a couple of them, but at least one that works and some old Infocom games so I’m set for now. But thanks.
glad you found the answer! Maybe I will want to play now! ;)
