Why does Sean Hannity annoy me so much?

Asked by earthduzt (3243points) May 31st, 2010

Every day I drive home from work I listen to talk radio, more precisely The Sean Hannity show. I don’t listen to it because I like it, in fact it is quite opposite. What is up with him, all he seems to do is bash the president, I may not agree with everything our president does but honestly I haven’t agreed with everything any president does. It just seems to me he is some sort of monger. he seems to me that he tries to split the nation more than bring it together. Is he for real and do people actually agree with him? I guess he is way too far right for me..sometimes I feel like calling into his show but then I notice that anyone that disagrees with him, he either cuts them off and doesn’t let them speak or he makes them out to be idiots by putting words and twisting them around in their mouth. Does anyone else feel like this about this guy?

All I hear now from him is how this BP oil spill is Obama’s Katrina, in a way that is true but I wouldn’t go so far as comparing this exactly to Katrina..I would say it is alot worse I mean hell we have scientists and oil companies all over the world trying to solve this horrendous problem that can’t what makes him think that Obama can solve it. When a hurricane strikes and does damage there is the weight of the Empire State Building sitting on you. Is his agenda just to bad mouth who he doesn’t like? I never hear him talking about solving a problem or any kind of solution for something he disagrees with. Again, what is up with this guy?

sorry for being long winded I just had to get this one off my chest

I don’t know who Sean Hannity is, but he sounds like another Rush Limbaugh. You are so right, it easy to blame someone for not fixing a problem expeditiously or even having the answer to how to fix a problem. Mr. Hannity obviously has the attention of the many people who dislike this president (some of them don’t even know why they dislike him), so whatever can be blamed on the president will be.

@AmWiser yeah I believe they are on the same station.

It just seems to me like people like this enjoy when this happens and could care less really on how to solve it. Government doesn’t fix problems..technicians, engineers, and scientists do.

and just to clarify in my main post, I meant the weight of the empire state building is not sitting on you (referring to the water pressure that sits on the well under the sea

Because he’s an annoying douchebag? Just guessing here. :)

Well, he is one of the Fox News Göbbels, so no surprise there.

He’s an annoying whiner.

SH (Sean Hannity or Shit Head) is whiney. He claims to be pro-American, but really, he is just a Republican stooge. He wants Obama to fail, even though that would hurt the country.
He has no honor, courage, or respectablity.
