Does anyone have a great non-alcoholic punch recipe?
We have tried the sherbet-and-soda ones, but are hoping to find something a little different, that is light and refreshing for a late summer outdoor wedding. Does anyone have a wonderful tried-and-true recipe that you can suggest?

Seven up and sherbet ice cream!! Yummers!
Oh hail. Never mind. I just read the more!
Pineapple juice, cranberry juice cocktail and sprite. Float a few lemon slices on top, mmmmm.
@Trillian
That sounds really good! Thanks, we’ll have to try that.
Rhubarb Citrus Punch
Ingredients:
8 C. diced rhubarb
5 C. water
1⅓ C. sugar
2 C. orange juice
¾ C. lemon juice
1 Qt. ginger ale or 7-Up—chilled
1 Qt. fresh or frozen strawberries—(optional)
Procedure:
In kettle, simmer rhubarb and water until rhubarb is soft. Cool; strain. Measure 4 cups juice and return to kettle with the sugar. Heat to dissolve sugar. Chill. Add the orange and lemon juices. Just before serving, add ginger ale and strawberries, if desired. Pour over ice.
My mom calls it Pink Lady Punch.
Is it better than natty lite?
My mother used to make something that was very popular with the teetotaling Sunday-night church crowd. She increased these proportions, but this was her recipe:
Basic Cranberry Juice Punch
2 cups cranberry juice
1 cup orange juice
½ cup undiluted frozen lemonade
2 cups ginger ale
She floated orange slices on top.
Her note: Sometimes a little sugar is needed. May be diluted slightly: a couple Tbsp. with ½ cup water, to taste—or ½ cup of prepared Kool-Aid, such as cherry.
@Trillian – if you add a bottle of Everclear to that, we call it “Pink Panty Pulldowns.” Always a hit.
**SUNNY PUNCH**
6 quarts water
10 cup brewed tea
5 cups sugar
4 cans (12 oz. each) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
4 cans (12 oz. each) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 can (12 oz.) frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
4 liters ginger ale, chilled.
In a large container combine first 6 ingredients. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cover and chill in refrigerator. Just before serving, transfer to punch bowl and stir in ginger ale. Makes 4 gallons.
@Seek_Kolinahr Nice touch. You’re in charge of the punch at the next get together!

Thanks so much! Every one of those sounds amazing. I’m glad that we have a couple of months to try them out before we have to decide. Much appreciated!
