I would take it in but its kindsa dented n a Lil scratched

even if its scratched and dented they will still try to fix it at an apple store

apple may not be able to help, I had the same problem and they they told me to buy a new one or they would exchange it for $250. If this is the case go back another day and tell them u are recieving duplicate text messages most of the time u get or send one
