What is Millennium DOS?

I bought a box of MS DOS 6.22 on 3.5” floppy disks at a flea market a while ago (brand new, never opened). The guy also gave me a bunch of other disks: games, utilities, and assorted crap. One of the disks was labeled Millennium DOS. I booted it and typed VER at the A:/> DOS prompt, and it reports Windows Millennium Version 4.90.3000 (but it’s DOS, not Windows). Does anyone have a clue what this is?

I believe it’s the version of DOS they shipped with Windows Me (ie Millennium). 4.90.3000 was the version number for the original Windows Me release.
