How do I get this toolbar back? (details inside)

Well, I’m on Firefox, and you know the toolbar with the tabs like “Toolbar”, “View”, “Bookmarks”, etc? Well somehow I accidentally deleted it, and the only way I know how to get it back is using that toolbar! I tried restarting Firefox but it’s still gone. How else can I get this toolbar back?

have you tried F11?
Or starting in Safe Mode?

It does seem rather odd that you can turn it off, but there doesn’t seem to be an easy way of getting it back.

Oh, or hitting ALT and see if it shows up.
