With the Oil Spill, How Will You Get Seafood in Texas?

I assume there is NO seafood in south Texas to eat, right? What about the rest of Texas and Louisiana? Will you be able to go out and order seafood and will they “cheat” and use frozen seafood instead?

I intend to stop eating shrimp entirely. I don’t trust it coming out of the Gulf and I certainly don’t want to support shrimp being flown in from Southeast Asia, so I’m done.

Trout is your new friend if you want seafood that used to come from the Gulf of Mexico.
