Text Twist. I was addicted for months. I know it wasn’t necessarily stupid because it exercises the brain, but it was very addictive. I’m also addicted to many Majoghn (sp) games (and I guess I wouldn’t call them stupid either).
The sims2 isnt stupid..neither is tetris or bolxorz..But the thing with the last 2 is that you just have to win..the sims2 on the other hand is just really addicting.
Plants Vs. Zombies had a six month hold on me. Also had an unhealthy online addiction to Call of Duty 4. Oh and several years ago I went through a MMORPG addiction to Conquer Online (Free MMORPG). I had to quit it cold-turkey and thankfully never went back, gained like 40lbs thanks to that damn game, took me a few months in the gym to work that off.
Stupidest thing I was addicted to was my apple 2 e. I spent 2 months trying to get it to work, but I couldn’t. The disk was bad and I couldn’t get more.
nightclubcity or pot farm.
@ApolloX64 Six months for Plants vs. Zombies? I’m in trouble now. Jeez. I have it both on my iPod Touch and my PC! Good thing I can’t afford to get it for my iMac too.
@lillycoyote :: I play Plants vs. Zombies for at least an hour a day. I’m going on about three months. Damn you Andrew!!!
Zookeeper. Damn puzzle game with blocky animals was so addicting, I played it hours on end trying to beat my own scores.
i did the free3 trail and now I’m zappin zombies with pea shooters too
@jazmina88 OMG! This question wasn’t intended to turn anyone into a Plants vs. Zombies addict. Please say it isn’t so!
@lillycoyote I’ve been working on the final PvZ challenge for a few months now. I’d tell you more but I don’t want to spoil it for ya :)
OMG…..get those zombies now…....
Just played PvZ for the first time this weekend.
I take back what I said about Peggle.
@Blondesjon They’re both PopCap games. I’m convinced that somehow, the people at PopCap have discovered some bit of the devil’s alchemy that allows them to actually code crack into their games. It’s sick.
@lillycoyote . . . I think you’re on to something. I hate “tower defense” games yet I could not stop playing PvZ.
