I don’t want it password protected.

I’m not a Windows or Outlook specialist, that being said. I’ll thought you could access your Outlook as a Web app… therefore a password is needed. Anyone could access a no password account.
I’m becoming an Apple convert last twelve months.

What kind of account do you have, exchange, pop3, etc…personal or work?

I believe that means you have a password set on the .pst file to remove open Outlook and follow along with this: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/remove-a-password-from-a-personal-folders-file-pst-HA001151725.aspx

Otherwise, you might not have the password saved to your ISP to download new messages. I guess you’d know if this is the case if you can open outlook and read old e-mails just not retrieve new e-mails. If this is the case, give us an update and we’ll go from there.
