By far and away the noble. You start from absolute scratch and so you can mold your character any way you want. It comes with a Fragrant ring that refreshes your manna a little at a time. If you were to buy it it would cost a ton of souls.

I started out as Templar and happen to be the only person I talked to about the game that beat the first level (1–1) and the Demon (the blob thinger) without dying. That was short lived though, lol.
