They mod my questions because no one can understand them.
Around 25% of questions asked are involved in the moderation process. Many of them have typos, or are non-sensical, or have bad titles.
@andrew Higher percentage than I would have thought. But don’t most of them get out of the gate once typos and logical structure are repaired? As opposed to answer-modding.
@anartist Yes, the majority of those sent back for editing do get reposted once edited.
@andrew 25% hey… now, i feel really bad! About 25% of mine pass FDA inspection! just kidding…they do a good job! Don’t always agree with them and they really “get my goat” on occasions and my “Irish eyes” become darting projectiles (for example, my first social question) ...but, overall, good job mates!
I have only asked a handful of questions, a few went back for editing and I just let them go.
I really don’t have many questions that I can’t answer for myself. lol
The moderators can answer this question with some authority. A very small percentage of mine get moderated now that I know the rule set. The ones that do are always kicked back because they are something more fit for a discussion forum than a pure Q&A, and I usually have a feeling before posting them that they will get kicked back. Some I modify to fit the rules and others I just drop, or ask on Sodahead where there are virtually no rules whatsoever.
Drunk fluthering will get your (or maybe just my) q modded faster than anything. So you wake up with a hangover and a q in modding mode…it’s gonna be a beautiful day!
Gosh, I never had one modded. Am I a wimp?
@worriedguy Clearly you need some lessons. My rates are quite reasonable.
I can’t answer that, but I do know I didn’t like getting modded this morning.
@Austinlad really….you of all people are always kind and considerate!
Did you retire?
