Does Iphone 4.0 software accept outlook meeting requests, and can you send meeting requests from your iphone?

I’m wondering if Iphone 4.0 software allows you to set a meeting in your calendar and then invite people to join the meeting. Also will it finally allow you to accept meeting requests emailed to you?

Yes, but your company needs Exchange Server 2007 or on iPhone 4 – Exchange 2010
