What maker is this perfume/cologne bottle?

I have been going through my collection of perfume/cologne bottles (mostly from my grandmas and my mother – anyone able to identify this one?

There is a partial foil sticker on the bottom that says “RN GERM” which I assume to be either Eastern or Western Germany.

Anybody have any ideas?
