Congressman Bob Etheridge assaulted a well-dressed college student on a street in Washington, DC who politely asked him the harmless question “Do you fully support the Obama agenda?” After a video of the assault was made public, Etheridge apologized for his illegal actions. Should the student sue the congressman for assault and battery?
