Why can't I sleep?
I’m not even tired, but I’m never up this late. Something must be up. I’m usually passed out by 10pm; midnight is a rarity. But I actually feel rather….energetic. And it’s raining! Rain always makes me tired, if not outright sick.
Why do you think I’m so hyper?

I think, tension, stress or anything that you don’t want to happen in your life is happening with you and constantly thinking about that is making you away from sleeping.
As per my opinion, instead of thinking about why is so happening, it would be better to think how you can cure it. Take leave from your work, spend time with your family and friends, try meditation and Yoga and go out to have fun. You will definitely feel better.
@DavisSt But nothing really stressful is happening, except for a feeling that something is going to happen.
Have you been drinking lots of coffee? This can keep you awake.
Make the most of your energetic feelings and perhaps do some cleaning or clear out your wardrobes.
You will feel much better for it.
@partyparty I hate cleaning. I’‘ve been cleaning all day. And I haven’t drank any coffe for….for….a week!
Thinking about something… financial or family related problem?
@zenele No. I just feel like something bad might happen.
Ahhh. anxiety will do the trick. Drink some chamomile tea, and stop fluthering!
@zenele No chamomile left. Think jasmine will work just as well?
Why thinking about the things unnecessarily. Just try out the things I told you earlier. It will surely help you.
See, do whatever you want to, you should not need to ignore your wishes.
@Draconess25 If you’re still awake by now, best to stay up until this evening, if you can make it. What worked well for Meghan was a hot bath, calm music and a back rub by yours truly. It also worked for me, with Meg doing the honors. Maybe Rachel or Ellie could do that for you next time? Let the water relax you, concentrate on the soft music and your lover’s caress.
Sounds like you need some bedtime sex.
Often times people start staying up later when they become teenagers, but, obviously this does not apply to you.
