Problems with Fluther on Opera?

Asked by MyNewtBoobs (19069points) June 21st, 2010

I have some issues with viewing Fluther on Opera. When I ask a question I then can’t view it in Opera, ever, and have to open it in Firefox. My activity doesn’t refresh when I edit it and I have to do it manually. Does anyone else have this problem (and maybe a solution)?

The activity refreshing thing, i have it too.
Whenever i stop following a question, i get a blank (light green with no text) page.
I then click Activity for You again.
I have no idea at all how come or what to do about it though.

Weird. We haven’t had any opera problems before. It’s not one of our officially supported browsers, but we’ll try to take a look and see what’s up.

Ok, so I just downloaded the newest version of Opera (10.54) for the OS X, and I’m not seeing either of these problems—everything appears to be working properly. Are you two on the newest version? And on what OS?

Windows Vista with Opera 10.53.
I regularly clean my cache.

Edit: It looks like this after i stopped following a question.

I’m on 10.54 and it looks just as @rebbel ‘s pic did

Ah, thanks for the screenshot. I’m seeing that now, too. I’ll take a look.

Ok—this was indeed a bug and it’s now been fixed. Everything should work properly in Opera now.

Enjoy, and thanks for bringing this up

@ben
Wow, it is fixed!
Great job, thanks.

@ben Ok, it’s fixed for the “stop following this question” thing, but it’s still doing it on questions I’ve asked, can you fix it on that too please? Thanks!!!

@papayalily Can you explain exactly how I can reproduce this? Thanks!

I don’t know what you did, but here’s a screenshot of what it looks like on the questions I’ve asked: http://www.flickr.com/photos/51131235@N03/4729493180/
