Which movie do you believe might be better remade with today's special effects techniques?

With all the redux of movies out there with today’s CGI and other special effects what movie do you think might turn out very well if remade today? I Think LifeForce, Day of the Triffids, maybe Temors, or American Werewolf in London? What I would be especially excited to see would be Tron I know most of the Pepsie generations have not a clue to what that is but in it’s day it was quite a movie. I would think Bladerunner but I don’t think it could be done better maybe some directors could but not many today.
