How do you dress up your cup of coffee?

In paper, ceramic, stainless steel, plastic, styrofoam? If a conscious decision, why? Any special prep before pouring in your coffee?

For example, I like to pre-heat my tall ceramic mug (not destined for the landfill) so as not to over-cool the coffee going in.
