I bet it is right in front of my face but I did not see an option for it when I right clicked the video.
How can I go about pausing the video and saving it as a image?
Thanks for any ideas.

On a PC, you should have a “Print Screen” key on the top of your keyboard. That takes a screenshot of your screen and copies it to your clipboard. You can then paste it to whatever photo editing software to crop.
On a Mac, hold down Shift + Command + 4. That will give you a cursor to create a box around whatever area you want to create a screenshot of. By default, screenshots save onto your desktop. (Shift + Command + 3 takes a screenshot of your entire desktop.)
You could always pause it at the right time and then hit the “Print Screen” button. Then copy and paste the image in paint, photo shop, etc. Crop away what you don’t need and you’re good to go.
Edit: Oops. Seconds too late.
There are 3rd party programs that allow you to capture video right off the browesr and save it to the hard drive, from there you can open up Windows Moviemaker and load the cilp into that and it has a feature that allows you to take snap shots and save them as jpegs etc. Then you can choose all the pics you want by advancing the footage frame by frame if you chose to.
