What should I do with all the lost+found files that xfs_repair produces?

Recently ran xfs_repair on my xfs partition and now I have all these files in lost+found -- can I delete them?

if you want, sure -- if you were working on your great american novel just before your power went out, it might be worthwhile looking for scraps of unsaved literature, etc, but if you don't know anything's missing you're safe to delete.
