Drunken fluthering, it's been so long. Anyone else partaking in a bit of adult beverage tasting and fluthering this evening?

When I do it, I never tell, and I’ve never been caught at it. That’s part of the game.

Have fun, sweetie.

Mom bought wine & made the mistake of falling asleep. Ellie’s here, & she’s a drunken mess! ^^

Yeesss!! Chilling with a glass of sherry my drink of choice. Getting sleepy, so off to bed so I can fluther again tomorrow.

Chyna, what about you, lady?

@jjmah, if you could see me type on those occasions, you’d know I type really slowly and fix lots of typos. I am also painstakingly careful with every word. And I delete about half of my posts before clicking Answer. You’d laugh.

I might have drank a Miller Lite or two, or three.

Whoa. For a second, I thought my name was Pancakes, but it’s cool now.

@Vunessuh get out of my mind—that’s just what I was thinking of having for breakfast in the morning:-D

@AmWiser Om nom nom. Or perhaps you’d like a bunny with a pancake on its head.

Hic, hic, hic…. I’m heading towards the Jelly Bar for a night of Fluther-crawling!

I’m getting there on Labatts Blue. 1:00 AM in Trois-Rivieres; just got in from a nasty family confrontation. Banging down beers and wondering how I could have handled this better.

I think I might have some broken bones in my right hand (I was sober when it happened). This is not turning out the way I expected.

@Jeruba My niece’s father was extremely drunk, said some vulgar, nasty things and tried to hit her. I broke a few knuckles in contact with his jaw. J is safely away from there now.

@stranger_in_a_strange_land, I hope you’re okay! Please get your hand looked at. I’m sorry to know you were embroiled in a family mess, but it is nice to think of you as the hero. In Quebec, I take it?

stranger_in_a_strange_land's avatar

@Jeruba J wrapped it up and is insisting I go to the clinic later in the morning. Trois-Rivieres, Quebec. I was hoping for a nice long weekend, but won’t be able to maneuver the canoe with my hand. The mood of everything is spoiled now; we’ll probably head back to NH on Sunday (I can’t drive today with no sleep and J doesn’t drive a manual shift car). She’s safe now, cried herself to sleep. I’m typing with two fingers now.
