What would your radio show be like?
Say you got the chance to run your own radio show, and you could do whatever you wanted with it, what would it be about?
For example, if I had my own, I might make it about paranormal activity, where specialists could come on as guests and talk about ghosts, aliens and stuff. I’ve heard one like that before called Coast to Coast, they even had a vampire hunter on there once. I mean it might be lame at times, but it would be entertaining to listen to, whether you believe in it or not. Listeners could also phone in with their experiences and stuff.
Or perhaps I’d play creepy music, like old horror movie scores, talk about upcoming horror films, stuff like that. I could have weird radio personalities who creep everyone out and all.
I don’t have much imagination though, so let’s hear your ideal radio show.

I love music, so I think my show would simply be a music show. My musical tastes are all over the spectrum, like techno, new age, death metal, hard rock, heavy metal (the only things I don’t like are rap and country, though I do like some of Eminem’s music). I also have a large collection of international music, like Faye Wong, Aiofe Ni Fhearraigh, Enya, Loreena McKennitt, Maire Brennan, Irena Santor, etc. So if I play my entire collection, everyone will hate my show.
Oh man, my radio show would be all about making people laugh. Maybe it’d be called Funny Ha Ha 106.5 or LAWLS 102.1 or LULZ 104.9. Something like that. Topics of the day would include the most random shit ever. We’d also talk about stuff that would make people go, ”oh, I forgot all about that!” You know, like bringing back memories for people. I say this because for the last several days, I found tons of my old childhood things. Remember pogs? Yeah, we’d talk about pogs fashow. We’d reminisce about beanie babies and trolls and ferbies and legos and razor scooters and tamagotchis (although I preferred giga pets, myself.)
Oh, and Lamp Chops. She was dope.
Basically, none of it has to make sense, it just has to make people laugh.
People could call in and suggest the topics for the week and tell stories regarding each topic like, “whoa, you stuck that spatula where!?”
It would be ever-changing. Horror movies, sandwiches, Jimmy Buffett, ducks, the Republic of Chad, donuts, zombies, vaginal rejuvenation, pillows, sporks, baggett bread. Lulz.
@Vunessuh Omfg lol I’d totally listen to that all the time. It’s an awesome idea, especially if yes, it includes pogs, snatches and zombies.
I’d totally phone in to tell my story about how I broke my Tamagotchi by dropping it in my coffee.
@Vunessuh Maybe you could have a special five minute part where you talk about the history of a different swear word every night. I’d do that.
