Does anyone watch Good Morning America- and if so, what is the "just one thing" segment?

I work in media relations and a producer from GMA mentioned their “just one thing” segment. I didn’t want to admit that I had no idea what she was talking about (I can’t watch GMA if I“m at work!). I have a feeling she was referring to one of the “green” segments that the weather guy, Sam Champion usually hosts. If anyone is a GMA-watcher and can fill me in with more info about what kind of stuff they usually cover in Just One Thing, let me know…Thanks!
