What songs should I learn for a group camping trip?

Asked by mirifique (1540points) June 27th, 2010

Going camping with a group of fifteen people in their upper 20’s/early 30’s. I’m designated guitarist/singer, but I never know the songs people request. What are some good songs I should learn for a camping singalong?

Here’s a source for some other ideas, and they aren’t all hippie 60s stuff. Have fun!

Take almost any of the early Kingston Trio material as well as Peter, Paul and Mary(RIP) songs. Add some Pete Seeger and Woody Guthrie classics and you are set!
