I haven’t seen it, yet. I’m thinking about taking a drive out to have a look.
Victrola.

There’s not enough info in the listing for me to say. What are the records? What condition are they in? Does the player work? What speeds will it play? Does it have a needle and is it in good condition? The lack of details makes me nervous- but the price isn’t horrible so it’s worth a look.
@jjmah I couldn’t get the picture site to load. Is it a crank-up mechanical? Cylinders or platters? I have a restored 1906 Victor “Monarch” (78 rpm discs) that we bought 3 years ago for $1850, that was considered a good price.
@jjmah I just got the page to load. That seems like an excellent price if it works properly. The wood case needs some cleaning (be careful not to damage the stickers and decals).
I would be cautious. Remember: every household had one, which means they are not truly rare. That means the value is based strictly on condition. The more original, the higher the value. The more replaced parts and refinishing, the lower the value, but the higher the price. Get someone knowledgeable to look at it carefully (not in a photograph) before you make such a purchase. It is a specialty market.
Make sure it has the needles. They came in a small box.
Seems fair but I’d play a couple records on it first.
