On Facebook, how do I create a list of people I might sometimes want to exclude from seeing my posts?
Okay, not 6 months ago, I made a list. Then Facebook changed things and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make a new list. Could one of you pretty pleases help me out? I’d be grateful!

If someone is your Facebook Friend and you allow Friends to see your posts, then they can see what you post. Facebook does not have subcategories of Friends as it should have.
@Dr_Lawrence Yes. It does.
@MissAnthrope Click on Friends on the left-hand nav. Click on “Create List” on the top right of the center column. Select the friends you want, and give this list a name. Whenever you post something, click on the little padlock icon at the bottom right of the post box, before clicking share. Change the settings for this post to exclude the list you just created.
(My post should have said “Whenever you post something that you don’t want this list of people to see”. If you really want these people to not see any of your posts, edit your privacy settings and change the default, rather than changing every single post.)
WoW! Thanks for sharing that information. I will make use of it.
Thank you @MrItty I have been wondering how to do that.
Yes it really is a great feature. I have lists for everything!
@MrItty – THANK YOU! I find navigating FB’s various privacy settings to be confusing and overly complicated. I appreciate the help. :)
