@aprilsimnel – Noooo, it was a comedy show. There were other guests, like celebrities, but he sometimes had animal guests.

David Letterman often has Jack Hannah, former head of the Columbus Zoo on his show.

For talk shows, Maury Povich would have Jack Hannah as well.
