When was the last time you threw, hit, or pushed something?

Also, what was the motivation behind it?
It’s fun to do these things and let out aggression, so let’s hear it!
For me, I threw a rolled up pair of socks at a wall yesterday, and I like to head-butt my boyfriend lol!

My last manic episode- about two years ago. Punching brick walls is not my idea of fun and I really don’t recommend it. More fun to be had on a pool float in the sunshine.
I threw an Aladdin barbie doll at the wall when I was 7 because my parents wouldn’t let my cousin spend the night. It scuffed the paint. I got in trouble. But it felt so right.
@gemiwing That reminds me of a story my mom told me. My dad, a Navy guy, got mad when he was out to sea and punched a metal “wall” and broke his hand. She says she gave him no sympathy lol. Silly men :P And you’re right, pools are much more fun.
Years ago. I can’t even remember.
Had a massive all water balloon melee with the Boy Scouts last weekend on a campout. They are vengeful little weenies when it comes to adult leaders!
I threw a cleaning rag into the trash can. I had just mopped the floor in the kitchen, and didn’t want to walk across it.
I hit my husband (playfully) on the arm, because he called me “bart” (his personal generic insult word).
I pushed my dog away from the mop bucket, because he’s a naughty puppy that doesn’t listen (only sometimes).
I have a boxing bag for exercise and releasing aggression. I use it 3 or 4 times a week boxing is a hobby of mine.
This brings back memories from when I was really little and my dad would intentionally irritate the fuck out of me and I would throw shit out of frustration. One time I threw my remote and broke it and another time I threw my Cinderella VHS tape. Oh man, I was heart broken when that tape fell apart. It was Cinderella for Christ’s sake! XD
I threw a ball for my dog yesterday. Does that count?
too long ago; can’t remember.
Karate class. I kick or hit one of these things 2x a week.
@downtide That was exactly what I was going to say, except I threw the ball for my dog today :-)))
I THREW a hissy fit when England were knocked out of the world cup.
The wife HIT me on the head with a fluffy cushion.
I guess I PUSHED my luck a little.
I involuntarily let loose the channel changer at the TV not too long ago when some arch enemy tried to crash Ben Spies during a motorcycle race.
About a week ago I was mad at my mom and threw a bunch of a little things from my desk on the ground in anger. Kind of embarrassed to admit that… :\
My mom was nagging me to do something that I was going to do for sure, but she didn’t believe me. I don’t like it when people don’t trust me to do something that I will do. I’m a reliable person. Just because I’m not doing it now, doesn’t mean it’s not going to get done on time. My mom and I joke about this stuff afterward, so it’s not like it’s a big deal. :)
I threw a ball for the dogs a little while ago. Obviously my motivation for this wasn’t anger but to help the girls got rid of some pent up energy as they hadbeen on their own for a little while.
Probably a pillow at one of my cats for being batshit crazy in the middle of the night.
It’s kind of interesting that an inanimate object like a channel changer can be the victim of so much aggression. Quite a few years ago I snatched it out of my then-husband’s hand and heaved it at the wall quite violently when I couldn’t take one more minute of him watching to see that I was interested in what was on the television, then changing the channel. It didn’t survive.
I throw paper wads in the trash like basketball all the time.
I threw a cell phone against a wall, purposefully not hard enough to break it but enough to feel the Bruce Banner coming on. It was in February.
My youngest dog likes her Kong toy and she brings it to me 50 or more times a day for me to throw it.
Other than that I haven’t pushed, hit or thrown something at another person in decades.
