I'm trying to locate a song. Please help me identify it.

I heard a song on You Tube that I really like. The video is here ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9O-FaCgb38 ) and identifies the song as C’mon N’ Ride It by Quad City DJ’s. But when I go to Amazon and listen to a clip of the song, it’s not the same song, though it does sound like the same singer. After several days, the person who posted the video hasn’t replied to me.

I’ve identified bits of lyrics as:

”...help me find my way home…”
”...to make me whole…”
”...I’d walk a thousand miles…”

Yes, I’ve tried Google, but when I use Google to search for these bits of lyrics, I still can’t find this song. I really like this song and want to find it.
