Is there a program that can tell me my voices range and note being sung?

I was wondering if you have your computer setup with a mic that when you sing, yell,etc. That it will you the note , your range or something along those lines? Is there such a program?

You don’t need a program, just a single note like an A with 440 Hz, e.g. here

Sing the very same note then work your way up and down (do, re, mi, fa etc.) and you’ll get your range.
