What is California's law on returning used car to dealers

California has no “cooling off period”. So you can’t just simply return the car if you’re not happy with it, it’s not the dealerships problem, nor are they required to take it back.
If the car was a lemon, the there are laws specifically for that situation, but just because you changed your mind is not going to cut it.
They can’t return it without a receipt.
