Is there anything on the internet that you can know who's exactly calling you or even a personal pictureand for free?

Like for say if you really,REALLY want to know who’s calling you by name or even by full name and see what they actually look like without having to pay for anything registering online. Or is that only available for individuals who are involved in Crime investigating and only for the government’s eyes to see and know?

It depends on if the number is listed, if it’s a business or personal line, how much that person puts on Facebook etc.

You can try these things for free:

—Google the phone number
—Also Google the number like this “phonebook: 555–555-5555”
—Try http://www.whitepages.com/
—If you find a name, you can Google and look for a picture.
