As a guy – and GQ by the way – the answer is no, I personally am done after my one singular sensation, whatever move that she makes (to paraphrase a fave musical song from A Chorus Line).
As a guy i would say no it gets really sensitive for a min or two. But after that its round 2:)
That point is reached when he is very likely to get hurt if he doesn’t stop.
Chick here. Right after an orgasm, I’m way too sensitive for immediate stimulation. I’d like to bask in the glory a little before round 2. But there definitely doesn’t have to be a big gap in between round 1 and 2.

For me, it just depends. There have been times where I could keep going between orgasms and other times where it’s really sensitive and I need a moment to desensitize before we continue.
For my husband, he can usually stand a little bit of continued stimulation before it gets too sensitive, then he needs a moment to desensitize before we continue.

As a man I would say no. After an orgasm I usually rest awile and think about how good it felt and then go again after some minuites.
