Are these broken blood vessels?

They look like pretty typical stretch marks to me.

I agree, they do look like relatively new stretch marks.
Not to worry, the will fade in color over time and become less noticeable – and they are harmless.

I didn’t think they would be harmful. Too bad that they will fade, they look kindof cool.

It does look like a stretch mark but the only other thing I could think of possibly would be maybe some light spider veins?

@XOIIO there is really no guarantee that they WILL fade, actually. That seems to be a hit or miss thing with stretch marks.
